Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75 across Australia and New Zealand. The $75 worth of the order must be after all the discounts applied. For the orders under $75, flat rate shipping will be charged at $10 for Australian customers and $15 for New Zealand customers.  Click & Collect service is also available for the customers within Australia. The order will be available for the pickup in 1 to 3 working days on the designated store. For Western Australia the collection will be available in 10 working days. You will be contacted as soon as the order is available for the pickup. 

For the online customers the items must be returned within 30 days from the date shown on tax invoice and the items must be in new and original condition as they were received by the customer with all the tags and tickets. The tax invoice will be provided as the proof of purchase. You can also return or exchange your items by visiting your nearest Katies store. The store also accepts ParcelPoint returns and Post Office returns. You can also avail the PayPal Returns where your return shipping is covered by PayPal. 

Katies Style is the Loyalty Reward Program offered by the store and is free to join. With this program $1 spent at the store or online is equal to 1 point and if you reach 100 points you will get $5 voucher to spend on your next online transaction. These vouchers are issued throughout the year so you can get your 100 points any time you want. 

LayBys are only exclusive to in-store orders and are not applicable to online purchases. At least $5 or 20% deposit whichever is greater amount will be required for laybys and regular payments are to be submitted after every 14 days from the date of purchase and the total payment must be completed in 6 weeks from the purchase date. A fee of $2 for cancellation of laybys will be incurred by the customer. All Layby items can be returned within 7 days from collection.
