The costs for expedites shipping will be determined by the destination chosen for delivery from the store’s warehouse in NYC. These costs will be calculated during the checkout process, note that all additional items will be charged from $7 to $10. The store offers standard shipping which will take 3 to 10 working days for delivery. Apart from this you can also choose 3 Day Select, 2^nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options as well. The 3 Day Select shipping option is not available for the customers in Alaska and Hawaii. To avail the expedited shipping options you need to place your order before 2pm EST from Monday to Friday. If you are not satisfied with the dress that you have received then you can return it no questions asked however, make sure that the dress you are returning is not part of any promotion or Bridal or Bridesmaid collections. Whether you are returning for the purpose of exchange or store credit, you have 7 days from the day you received your order to request your Return Authorization Number and do mention that you either want an exchange or credit along with the details of the dress and designer along with your wear date. In case of store credit you don’t have to mention your wear date. All dresses returned without the Return Authorization Number will be subject to charge of 50% restocking fee. Make sure that the dress returned is not worn; altered, damaged or tampered without any prior notification otherwise it will be sent back to the customer.
