At present, the store does not provide any manufacturer’s warranty because Pass The Watch is not the authorized dealer of any watch brand however; the store does provide 2 years in-house warranty on most of its watches. This is how the store keeps the prices low as its prices are not governed by the brands. The 2 years warranty covers repairs for any mechanical failures which include battery replacement and broken movement. However, normal wear and tear and damage due to cosmetics or misuse of the watch is not covered by the warranty.  

If due to any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Pass the Watch then you can return it within 30 days from the date you purchased. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Just contact the customer service with your order number and please keep in mind that all the returns are acceptable only if the returns are in new condition and must be sent within original packaging otherwise the items will be sent back to the customers and no refunds will be issued.
