Rocket Dog offers free shipping for all UK customers on orders over £20 while for the order under £20 the standard shipping will cost £3.99. If you place your order before 3pm local time then you can also opt for Next Day shipping at £5.99. For the deliveries outside UK Rocket Dog have different delivery zones. The customers from Zone1 including Germany, France, Netherlands and Belgium and from Zone2 which includes Sicily Isles and Channel Islands the shipping cost will be £10. For Zone3 that has Spain, Austria, Sweden, Italy and Portugal the shipping charges will be £15. All other EU countries fall in Zone4 and the charges will be £20 while Zone5 is for all other countries outside EU and the shipping cost will be £45. 

The store offers free of cost returns and exchanges for the customers from UK. These will be via collect+ and a return label must be included in the parcel while the return shipping will be charged from all the customers outside UK.  The returns must be in original condition and must be contained inside the box in which they were delivered and the box must also be in the same condition as it was at the time of the delivery. 

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and a confirmation will be sent your way through email. However, if this does not happen then contact the customer service immediately. Standard Shipping will take 1 to 3 working days while order that go outside UK can take 10 working days after the orders has been dispatched.
